The Preserve at Westfields

The Preserve at Westfields is located in Westfields International Center at Dulles, a 1,100 acre corporate office park located within miles of Dulles International Airport. This mixed-use project will bring residential space to the well-located park. Akridge successfully rezoned this land from office to residential use and envisions up to 650 multifamily units, 155 townhomes, 15,000 square feet of retail, and multiple community gathering spaces and walking trails.
