1760 Reston Parkway is located in Reston, Virginia's thriving Reston Town Center. Akridge partner with a local property owner to acquire the asset in 2014. Akridge led the amendment of the existing entitlement to allow for the development of a 420,000-square-foot, 23-story office tower. The property was sold in 2025.
